1. Service description
Lineup is operated by Nexorumo, a German sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen). The legal notice (Impressum) for this telemedium is available on this website at /impressum and is kept consistent with https://nexorumo.com/impressum. Lineup is an appointment scheduling tool for independent professionals and small service businesses — for example coaches, tutors, instructors, wellness and personal-care providers, creatives who take bookings, and similar appointment-based work. It is not a healthcare service, a financial service, or any other regulated service. Use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy.
2. Subscription & billing
Access to the dashboard requires an active subscription at €11.99 per month, billed through our payment provider. Subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial, and auto-renew every month until cancelled. You can manage billing at any time from the billing portal in Settings.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
4. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed appointments, lost revenue, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.
5. Availability
We do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA at this stage of the service. We aim to keep the service available but reserve the right to perform maintenance without prior notice.
6. Provider responsibility
You (the Provider) are the sole party responsible for the services you offer through Lineup, including pricing, performance, cancellations, and refunds. Lineup is a scheduling intermediary; we are not a party to the agreement between you and your clients, and we do not handle payments for those services.
7. Excluded uses
Lineup is intended for general professional service appointments. The Service is not designed for and may not be used to handle medical, healthcare, legal, financial-advisory, or other special-category personal data, nor for appointments with minors without appropriate consent from a legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bremen, Germany.
