1. Service description

Lineup is an appointment management tool for independent studios (barbers, hairdressers, nail technicians, and similar small beauty and grooming businesses). It is not a healthcare service, a financial service, or any other regulated service.

2. Subscription & billing

Access to the studio dashboard requires an active subscription billed via Stripe at €9.99 per month. Subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial, and auto-renew every month until cancelled. You can manage billing at any time from the Stripe customer portal available in Settings.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

4. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed appointments, lost revenue, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.

5. Availability

We do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA during the MVP phase. We aim to keep the service available but reserve the right to perform maintenance without prior notice.
